Keterangan Produk
TEROSON MS 930 is a gun-grade, one-component sealant based on silane-modified polymer (SMP). It cures by reaction with ambient moisture to form a soft, elastic seal with good movement capability and durable adhesion. The product is supplied as a thixotropic paste and is available in white, grey and black.
The sealant is free of solvents, isocyanates, silicones and PVC, offers excellent UV and weathering resistance, and is suitable for both interior and exterior joints on a wide variety of substrates.

Surface Preparation & Application
The following application guidance is based on Henkel’s technical data sheet:
-
Penyediaan permukaan
-
Substrates must be clean, dry and free from oil, grease and dust.
-
Depending on the substrate, mechanical abrasion (roughening) and/or a suitable primer or adhesion promoter may be required to achieve optimum adhesion.
-
For plastics, release agents used in molding processes must be thoroughly removed before sealing or bonding.
-
Due to the variety of paints and powder coatings, preliminary tests are necessary to confirm compatibility and adhesion.
-
-
Substrates with limitations
-
When bonding or sealing PMMA (e.g. Plexiglas®) and polycarbonate (e.g. Makrolon®, Lexan®) under stress, stress-cracking may occur; application trials are mandatory.
-
No adhesion to polyethylene, polypropylene or PTFE is obtained; these substrates are not recommended.
-
-
Application equipment
-
Standard 310 ml cartridges can be applied with TEROSON hand or air pressure guns.
-
Foil packs (e.g. 310 ml and 570 ml) are applied with corresponding FK hand or air pressure pistols.
-
For bulk supply (hobbocks / drums), use high-pressure pumps with follower plates according to Henkel’s application guidelines.
-
-
Processing conditions
-
Recommended joint application temperature: 5–40 °C.
-
Low material temperature increases viscosity and lowers extrusion rate; pre-warm the cartridges to room temperature for easier application.
-
-
Pembersihan
-
Uncured material can be removed from tools and equipment using Henkel Cleaner + Diluent A, D or FL (or Teroson SB 450, depending on region).
-
Keselamatan & Pengendalian

-
Avoid contact with skin and eyes; wear suitable protective gloves, eye protection and protective clothing.
-
Ensure good ventilation or extraction at the workplace.
-
Do not eat, drink or smoke while working; wash hands before breaks and after finishing work.
-
In case of accidental release, prevent product from entering drains, surface water or ground water; remove mechanically and dispose of according to local regulations.
-
For fire situations, all common extinguishing agents may be used; toxic gases may be released in case of fire.
