  1. Setup & Surface: Place the RC30 on a stable bench or workstation. Connect a clean, dry compressed air supply (within 0-7 bar) and ensure piping is suitably sized.

  2. Load Adhesive Package: Insert the adhesive container (supported size) into the bottle holder, connect feed tubing, clamp the lid, and ensure the anti-bubbler fitting is installed.

  3. Pressure Regulation: Use the front-panel regulator to set feed pressure appropriate for the adhesive type and the attached dispense valve.

  4. Integration With Valve: Connect the reservoir outlet tubing to a LOCTITE dispense valve and, if applicable, a controller unit. The reservoir supplies the adhesive; dispensing control is via the valve/controller.

  5. Operation & Monitoring: The low-level sensor will signal when adhesive is low—replace container before air enters the system to avoid curing in lines.

  6. Maintenance: De-pressurize the system before changing containers. Clean the reservoir lid, anti-bubbler kit and feed lines periodically.
    Tip: Use minimum effective pressure and keep feed tubing as short and straight as possible to maintain consistent dispense results.
