  1. Install & Set Up: Unpack the RC50 unit and ensure stable mounting. Connect power (100-240 VAC) and pneumatic line (clean, dry air up to 7 bar).

  2. Load Adhesive: Insert the adhesive bottle into the reservoir cradle; connect feed tubing, and ensure low-level sensor engages properly.

  3. Configure Channels: Use the colour-touch UI to set up Channel A and Channel B, select mode (Timer or Continuous), define dispense time (0.01–99.99 s) and pressure.

  4. Connect Valves: Attach pneumatic dispense valve(s) or handheld applicator to output channels. Keep feed tubing and air lines short for optimal performance.

  5. Dispense & Monitor: Activate dispense via footswitch, front panel or PLC interface. Monitor low-level alarm, cycle counts or networked data for quality control.

  6. Maintenance: Depressurize before removing reservoir cap, keep internal components free of cured adhesive, follow service schedule as per manual.
