  1. Installation – Place the RC40 on a stable surface and connect power (100-240 VAC) and filtered dry compressed air (up to 7 bar).

  2. Load Adhesive – Insert the adhesive bottle into the reservoir cradle, connect feed tubing, and close reservoir lid. Ensure proper alignment with the low-level sensor.

  3. Setup Channels – Use the keypad and LCD display to configure Channel A and Channel B independently: select mode (Timed, Continuous, Manual), set dispense time (0.01-99.99 s), delay, and pressure.

  4. Attach Dispense Valves – Connect pneumatic dispense valves or handheld applicators to each channel; ensure tubing and air lines are short and properly sealed for optimum control.

  5. Dispense Operation – Activate dispensing via footswitch, finger switch or external start signal. Monitor low-level alarm and ready signals via PLC I/O if integrated.
